Hello, I'mMathieu Delpeuch

I grew up in Cantal near the Auvergne volcanoes.

Today, I am juggling my engineering studies and my passion for mountain running. I am part of the high-level sport section of INSA Lyon, where I am a student athlete, and of the ASICS international trail team. Between 2 courses in the Energy and Environment Engineering department, I travel around Europe to participate in the most beautiful events and challenge the best world riders.

For me, the high level cannot be reached without an approach that takes into account all areas of performance, something I strive to do on a daily basis by taking care of my training, my recovery, my nutrition and especially my health.

I would like to share my passion for the outdoors with as many people as possible and show how with a little passion and determination you can reach the top.
