I have been playing padel for 6 years now. I went to play the professional circuit and live in Spain for 4 years, which allowed me to be the reigning triple French champion, French number 1 for almost 2 years and current number 2 and 119th in the world.
I fell in love with this sport because it is a very accessible sport, but above all a sport in which respect for the opponent is one of the main values. It is a team sport where cohesion and communication with your partner are very important.
I think it’s very interesting for people who come to play sports for 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes to exercise while having fun. This sport is therefore ideal for that.
